He is an African executive and energy sector expert specializing in management, institutional relations, partnership development, and the facilitation of investment projects. He brings over 25 years of professional experience across the private sector, public institutions, and African regional organizations. He notably worked within the France Télécom/Orange Group, where he held senior responsibilities in marketing, communications, public relations, and sponsorship, particularly in Mali and Niger. This experience provided him with a strong private-sector background in brand development, corporate communications, and institutional relations. He later joined the Niger Basin Authority (NBA) as a Principal Expert, where, for more than a decade, he contributed to relations with Member States, technical and financial partners, and supported the organization of Summits of Heads of State and Government, Councils of Ministers, and donor roundtables. He also served as Director General of Mali’s National Agency for Biofuels Development (ANADEB), where he contributed to the development of the national bioenergy strategy and to the mobilization of strategic partnerships and financing.
