Abigail Lu is an International Consultant at the Energy Private Developers Association and Principal of Forever TVET Institute Rwanda, with a focus on renewable energy development, technical education, and international cooperation. With extensive experience working in Rwanda, she has been actively involved in solar PV and energy storage initiatives while promoting the integration of renewable energy development with technical skills training. Her work focuses on advancing practical clean energy solutions, strengthening local technical capacity, and fostering international cooperation in support of Rwanda’s energy transition.
