Andrew MBANGUKIRA is a Chair person of hydro subsector and holds Master’s Degree of science in Energy Economics from University of Rwanda College of science & Technology former (KIST), Attained his Bachelors degree of Business Administration with Honors Degree in Finance and his upper level secondary school and primary certificates were attained from Uganda. He has over 11 years of working experience in project management and business development where he served on different top level management positions in different public and private institution with experience in banking sector. He has been in energy sector where he is serving as project manager with supper experience in project development, operation and maintenance of hydro power projects. Andrew was published in the official GAZETTE No. Special of 11/02/2022 and Ministerial Order No 011/MoE/22 of 31/01/2022 appointing him as a member of the Technical committee to Rwanda Water Resource Board in the management, operation and maintenance without forgetting proper and efficient use of all Dams in Rwanda.
