Allen Munganyinka is a professional Project coordinator with five years of experience in the Rwandan energy sector. She has successfully contributed in the conception of various hydro and solar projects. Allen is the President and a co-Founder of POWERHer Rwanda, an autonomous network that empowers women and promotes self-awareness in Rwanda’s energy sector. Allen is passionate about changing gender preconceptions and striving to bridge the gender gap, unlock women’s potential by empowering them to build self-awareness, gender inclusion in energy related professions, and overcoming gender-related challenges
