I am mostly focused on energy and environmental sustainability applying human centered design to solve social challenges. I am an electrical engineer with more than a decade experience working with on & off-grid renewable energy projects across Africa. I provide engineering, procurement and construction technical assistance to renewable energy development & investment projects. I also support micro-grid projects, energy private sector transformation activities, energy resilience planning, and promotion of energy access for rural communities and suburban clean energy transitions. I am generally interested in activities like strategic planning, building partnerships and piloting new initiatives. Recently engaged in climate change mitigation, adaptation and communication work to curb the adverse effects of climate change on health and environment. An additional MSc. in Renewable Energy Development under pursuit, two completed post graduate programs from Yale in; Financing & Deploying Clean Energy and Climate Change & Health are pivotal in building a sustainable future. I enjoy working with diverse and multicultural teams in development work for marginalized, displaced and underserved communities. I believe we need to achieve social justice for us to achieve environmental justice!
