Neerajha is the Country Manager for Laterite Ethiopia and manages Laterite’s energy portfolio across offices. She has around 12 years of experience in technology, research, and social impact consulting, with a background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Development Management, and Social Policy and Social Research. Her work focuses on energy systems, policy research, and evaluations with experience in Africa, India, and the UK. She is also an active member of the Energy Modelling Community for Africa and a Global Future Energy Leader with the World Energy Council
