Methode Maniraguha, PE, is the Founder and CEO of a California-headquartered Abundio Energy Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Abundio Energy Africa Ltd. He is a licensed Professional Electrical Engineer in the state of California and 30 other US States. Under his leadership, Abundio Energy has engineered over 1.5 GW of clean power capacity across 200,000+ residential systems and 450+ commercial installations globally. His industry contributions earned him the 2020 Emerging Entrepreneur Award from the Greater Riverside Chambers of Commerce (California, USA) and the 2023 Alumnus of the Year Award from California Baptist University for outstanding professional advancement and vocational excellence. Before founding Abundio Energy, Methode refined his technical craft at the frontier of the American clean energy industry designing advanced solar and battery storage systems at Tesla Energy and leading high performing engineering teams at Sunrun Inc. Raised in rural Rwanda, where studying by kerosene lamp was a daily reality, his work is driven by a genuine conviction that clean, reliable energy unlocks human potential. Guided by his deeply personal mission to end energy scarcity, Methode expanded the company's footprint back to his roots by establishing Abundio Energy Africa Ltd. Today, he leads a team of over 34 local professionals in Rwanda, leveraging Abundio Energy Inc.'s proven American engineering to deploy advanced hybrid solar microgrids, battery storage systems, and EV DC fast charging infrastructure built to power Rwanda’s clean energy future.
