He is a senior development professional with 17 years of experience in programme management, gender equality, and women's economic empowerment. He currently serves as Programme Analyst for the Women's Economic Empowerment Portfolio and Disability Inclusion Focal Person at UN Women Rwanda Country Office, where he leads multi-sector programmes spanning entrepreneurship, digital skills, access to finance, climate-smart agriculture, care economy, disaster risk reduction and inclusive markets. He holds an MSc in Global Community Development from Southern Adventist University, USA, and a BSc in Management and Information Technology from the National University of Rwanda.
