Dr. Catherine Honeyman is the Rwanda Country Director of Laterite, a data, research, and analytics consulting firm founded in 2010 and now established in eight countries globally. She has experience leading research studies in a variety of developing country contexts, including Rwanda, Colombia, Honduras, Pakistan, Algeria, Iraq, and El Salvador. She previously worked for USAID Rwanda and the NGO World Learning, and held a Senior Fellow appointment at the Duke Center for International Development, Duke University.
