Pamela Bigirimana is a seasoned Business Development and Partnerships leader with over 8 years of experience across renewable energy, infrastructure, finance, and agribusiness in Africa. She currently serves as Head of Business Development & Partnerships at ARC Power, where she leads strategic partnerships, market expansion, and the development of innovative energy solutions, including the FUSE model for accelerating private-sector investment and electricity access. Pamela is passionate about building impactful partnerships that bridge public and private capital, drive energy transition, and accelerate sustainable electrification across Africa. She also serves on the board of the Energy Private Developers (EPD), contributing to the advancement of Rwanda’s private energy sector.
