Noh Tesfaye is a renewable energy professional and Taskforce Coordinator at the Ethiopian Solar Energy Development Association (ESEDA). His work focuses on advancing decentralized renewable energy in Ethiopia, with particular emphasis on productive use of renewable energy, solar-powered irrigation, policy advocacy, and mobilizing finance for off-grid energy solutions. Noh holds an MSc in Project Management and a BSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering, with a focus on Power Engineering. He works closely with government institutions, development partners, financial institutions, and private-sector stakeholders to strengthen Ethiopia’s renewable energy ecosystem and expand access to clean energy for underserved communities.
