He has more than 24 years of experience with international NGOs in East Africa—Rwanda and Burundi—and West Africa, including Sierra Leone. His expertise includes developing funding proposals and providing strategic leadership for large-scale development and humanitarian programmes, substantial budgets, and sizeable teams. Since 2024, he has served as Chief of Party for the community-led CJC Rwanda Climate Justice Programme, leading a consortium of three partner organisations in delivering this innovative initiative. His work focuses on environmental protection, climate justice, and resilience.
